The Nudge is an editorial publication: essays, perspectives, audio, and related material about culture, psychology, and the inner life. Our content

Essays, images, audio, video lectures, and other materials on this site are owned by The Bond Company or our contributors, unless we say otherwise. You may read and share links to our work. You may not republish full articles, scrape the site, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your submissions

If you pitch or submit a POV, you represent that your submission is your own work (or you have the rights to submit it), that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or applicable law.

If we accept a piece for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive license to edit, publish, promote, and distribute it in any medium (including audio and visual formats derived from the essay). Payment terms, if any, will be agreed in writing before publication. We may decline any submission for any editorial reason.

Conduct

Do not use the site to harass others, post unlawful material, attempt to break into our systems, or interfere with other readers' access. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe these terms have been violated.

Third-party links

We link to Spotify, social platforms, and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is between you and them.
